Itinerary:

Day 1: Upon arrival at Narita Airport, clear customs and immigration before boarding the Airport Limousine Bus to your accommodation in Tokyo for 1 night.

Day 2: Depart for Osaka on JAL domestic flight. After arrival at Itami Airport. Schedule includes Osaka half day tour. This tour includes Osaka Castle, Osaka Museum of History and Namba Area. Night Welcome dinner at a local restaurant. Accommodation in Osaka for 1 night

Day 3: Transfer to Itami Airport by bus for your flight to Nagasaki. Upon arrival, transfer to downtown Nagasaki by airport bus. Today you must go with your escort to the Japan Rail (JR) Nagasaki ticket office to have your Japan Rail Pass validated. Accommodation in Nagasaki for 2 nights.

Day 4:# Optional sightseeing with tour escort: Visit famous places in Nagasaki. Old Glover Garden and Dejima etc.

Day 5: In the morning, transfer to Nagasaki Station and depart by train to Hiroshima.

Day 6: Board the Shinkansen for Kyoto. This night, enjoy special dinner at the local temple.

Day 7: Full day sightseeing in Kyoto today. Visiting Nijo Castle, the Golden Pavilion , Heian Shrine, Sanjusangendo and Kiyomizu Temple. Lunch included.

Day 9: Depart for Nagoya by JR Shinkansen.
# Optional sightseeing with tour escort: Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology etc. In the afternoon depart Nagoya for Takayama.

Day 10: # Optional sightseeing with tour escort: Visit some famous spots in Takayama. These may include Hida Folklore Village, Matsurino Mori, San-machi the traditional Japanese building area and Takayama Jinya.

Day 11: Depart for Nagoya by JR Limited Express train and continue travel to Hakone by Shinkansen.

Day 12: Hakone and Lake Ashi sightseeing tour. This tour include Mt Fuji viewing spots, Lake Ashi, Owakudani Valley, Mt Komagatake and the Hakone ropeway. In the afternoon depart for Tokyo.

Day 13: Today one day sighrseeing tour. This tour includes Tokyo Tower Observatory, Tea Ceremony at Happoen Gardens, lunch, Asakusa Kannon Temple and Nakamise Shopping Arcade, and a Sumida River Cruise.

Day 14: This morning depart Tokyo for Nagano by Shinkansen and then by local train to Yudanaka. After arrival visit Jigokudani Yaen Koen to see Snow Monkeys and Japanese Sake Brewery. On arrival at hotel experience Soba noodle making. Enjoy Onsen (Natural Hot Springs) and Japanese style Ryokan accommodation. Dinner provided at the hotel tonight. Accommodation in Yudanaka for 1 night.

Day 15: In the morning depart Yudanaka for Nagano by local train, then board a Shinkansen for Sendai. # Optional sightseeing with tour escort: Site of Sendai Castle.

Day 16: # Optional sightseeing with tour escort in the morning: Matsushima Bay cruise, Zuiganji Temple. In the afternoon depart for Hakodate by Shinkansen to Shin Aomori and then by JR Limited Express via Seikan tunnel (53.85km) crossing under the Tsugaru Strait. # Optional sightseeing with tour escort in the evening: Hakodate Mountain.

Day 17: # Optional sightseeing with tour escort in the morning: Visit some famous places in Hakodate. Waterfront Warehouses, Old churches of Hakodate, and Daisanzaka Slope. Board a Limited Express train for Toya.

Day 18: Depart hotel in the morning, schedule includes full day sightseeing by charted bus. Visit Lake Toya, Mt. Usu Ropeway and Ainu Museum on the way to Sapporo.

Day 19: # Optional sightseeing with tour escort in the morning: Visit some famous spots in Sapporo. Odori Avenue Park, Sapporo TV Tower, and Old Hokkaido Government building. In the afternoon transfer to Shin Chitose airport by train for your domestic flight to Tokyo.

Day 20: Your Tour finished today after breakfast.
