CITY STOPOVERS

Why not stop over in Japan and experience the many attractions this fascinating country has to offer? Japan is a place of ancient traditions, and at the same time, contemporary cool. Sample the street life of Tokyo – the buzzing metropolis, packed with shops, sushi restaurants and even Disneyland.
JTB offers a range of experiences, whether you have a few hours, a few days or a few weeks. We can arrange your stopover in a choice of hotels, with transfers directly between your arrival airport and many of the hotels. We can also organise activities so you don’t miss out on seeing the sights.

If you're lucky enough to have a few days you can choose from a range of tours. Let us customise your itinerary to include any number of short tours to suit your interests. Or we can arrange a ‘free plan’ tour, so you can experience Japan on your own.

TOKYO - The thriving metropolis

Wander beneath the flashing neon lights and skyscrapers, or visit the sacred Meiji shrine. Stroll along one of the oldest shopping streets in Japan on your way to Sensoji Temple. Take a cruise and see the area of Tokyo Bay and Odaiba, which is often referred to as the New Tokyo.

TOKYO DISNEYLAND

Stopover in Tokyo and enjoy the magic of Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea – the first Disney park themed around the myths and legends of the ocean.

Stopovers include:

· Return airport transfers from Narita Airport
· One Day Disneyland or DisneySea Pass

The above hotels provide a courtesy coach to/from Disneyland (coach pre-bookings at the hostel are essential.)

OSAKA

Stop over in Osaka - a bustling city, famous for its restaurants. Experience the city’s vibrant nightlife, or take in a dramatic traditional Japanese performance art of Kabuki.

· One Day Kansai Area Pass
· Osaka Afternoon Tour

The One Day Kansai Area Pass can be used for local trains in the Osaka area, and for non-reserved seats on the Haruka train from Kansai airport.

KYOTO
